QUALIFICATIONS:
Mr.
Madlock has 20 years experience providing technical and managerial support
in the areas of ground support equipment, and passenger loading bridges. As a member of ABW, he will manage those projects,
which involves specification development, budget development, construction
management, contract compliance verification, and submittal reviews. Mr. Madlock will also implement a system for
passenger loading bridge site evaluations as well as develop refurbishment
specifications and scopes of work. Another
responsibility includes expanding our range of services to include the design
and installation of baggage conveying systems.
Prior
to his employment with ABW, Mr. Madlock functioned as the Vice President of
Airline Support Inc. in Orlando, Florida.
He oversaw all aspects of the service departments and performed all
project management functions for airport construction projects, specializing
in passenger loading bridges, ground support equipment and baggage handling
conveyor systems. In addition, he
developed all proposals, training programs, quality assurance programs, maintenance
scheduling procedures, and inventory systems. During his tenure, he designed electrical and
mechanical system upgrades for passenger loading bridges, and performed preventative
and corrective maintenance, installations, and refurbishments on passenger
loading bridges, conveyor systems,
and ground power equipment.
Prior
to that, Mr. Madlock was an Electrician, First Class, for the United States
Navy, where he was stationed in Honolulu, Hawaii.
During that 10 years, he was responsible for managing 35 electricians
in the Power and Distribution departments, which included all Steam and Diesel
Generators, Switchgear, Cranes, and other high voltage equipment. Mr. Madlock is heavily versed in motor and device controls.
