Vice President, Sales and Marketing
QUALIFICATIONS:
Mr. Manos has 21 years experience in the areas
of mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and project management. As a principal of ASE, Mr. Manos is directly
responsible for all corporate sales including both domestic and international
regions. He is also responsible for
new and existing gate system planning and design functions with a particular
emphasis on aircraft parking planning and passenger boarding bridge related
projects. Mr. Manos is also directly involved with gate system project scope
conception and specification development, project management, construction
management, contract administration, and ASE project pier reviews.
Prior to merging with ASE, Mr. Manos was the
President and Principal officer of AeroTech Gate Systems, Inc., based in Salt
Lake City, Utah. Mr. Manos started
AeroTech Gate Systems after observing a market opportunity for specialized
consulting services in the secondary passenger boarding bridge market. Mr. Manos= successful business was founded on two basic principals: first, to cost
effectively raise the level of quality of services that the airline and municipal
market were accustomed to, and secondly, to always present his services in
an unbiased manner so as to achieve the true best interest of the client.
Prior to starting AeroTech Gate Systems, Mr.
Manos worked for FMC/Jetway Systems,
Inc., where he was initially responsible for Astart to finish@ turnkey passenger boarding bridge related project management functions.
Following demonstrated success as a Project Manager, Mr. Manos was quickly
promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the western half of North America where he directed strategic marketing
efforts to identify, target and satisfy airport/airline customer requirements
for new passenger boarding bridge systems. In this position, Mr. Manos successfully
secured in excess of $32.75 million in equipment sales.
Mr. Manos= extensive airport project design experience in the aviation markets,
includes project design and/or construction involvement at virtually every
major international, national, and regional airport in the domestic United
States.
